Whether it’s tapas or meze, sharing food is a super social event. The tactile experience heightens enjoyment and the range of small dishes lets you explore flavours. Sharing an array of light bites is one of our favourite ways to dine out, and Bath has plenty of places to choose from.

For classic tapas we like Olé, a tiny restaurant in the heart of the city. The tapas menu is traditional with a few modern bites, and the bijoux setup instils an authentic vibe. They also have a good selection of sherry if you are out for the full Spanish experience.

Moving away from pure tapas, The Tasting Room serve a small plates menu of Mediterranean influenced dishes. The bistro character and excellent wine pairings create a continental vibe. The dishes include a wonderful variety of produce, helping you sample new ingredients which you can often buy in the shop downstairs!
