About

The Bath Skyline is a six-mile (10km) circular way-marked walk of woodlands and meadows, an Iron Age hill fort, Roman settlements, 18th-century follies and spectacular views. Along the walk you will discover hidden valleys, rich in limestone flowers and tranquil beech woodlands, interspersed with extensive views over Bath and out towards the Blackdown Hills.

… best vantage point for spectacular views of Bath is at the Iron Age fort on Little Solsbury Hill.

The best vantage point for spectacular views of Bath is at the Iron Age fort on Little Solsbury Hill. Another great view point or a place to relax is Prior Park Landscape Garden, which has a Palladian Bridge; one of only four in the world. Admission charges apply to Prior Park Landscape Garden.

The hilly nature of the walk does present some short spurts of steep paths, but the views are well worth it.
